Hosting and technical logs

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich hosts the site in Germany. The server needs your IP address to deliver the content you request. Technical request data are processed to operate and secure the site and diagnose faults, including the time, requested file, HTTP status and details supplied by your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable delivery and site security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Full IP anonymisation is enabled for the access logs provided in the hosting account. The IP address in those logs is replaced with 0.0.0.0. The configured retention period for these log files is 190 days. A German-language, server-side access statistics report is also enabled in the hosting account and analyses the access logs configured in this way. This project does not use external analytics tools. These settings concern the access logs in the hosting account; your IP address is already processed when your browser connects to the server to receive content.

Messages, applications and voice samples

When you contact Kim, he uses your return address, message and any files you choose to attach to respond. For applications, he assesses whether your interests, experience or voice sample fit the advertised role. All openings are for voluntary participation in the fan project. An ALL-INKL.COM mailbox hosted in Germany is planned for receiving applications.

General enquiries and applications are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are replying to your message and selecting contributors. You decide what information or recordings to provide. Without a return address we cannot reply. Retention depends on whether the enquiry or selection is still open or information is needed for an agreed collaboration. Legal retention obligations or specific legal claims may require further storage.

When you visit the website

To receive a page or file, your browser sends the requested address and your IP address to the server that provides it. This website loads its interface scripts and fonts from its own domain. The team search filters entries already loaded in your browser.

Listening to audio

Some recordings are hosted on kg-voices.de. Opening an episode gives the player the address of its audio file. When your browser requests the file, the media server receives your IP address and the address of the requested recording. This also applies to voice samples on Kim’s profile.

Team photos and external links

The team page currently includes a portrait hosted on Instagram’s image network. When your browser loads that image, it sends your IP address and technical request data to Meta. This can happen without clicking an Instagram link. See Instagram’s privacy policy for details.

The buttons for listening platforms, social networks and donations are links to those services. When you follow one, the chosen provider’s privacy policy applies to your visit and any payment you make there.

Emails and applications

The application link opens your email program with the selected role in the subject. Your address, message and chosen attachments are sent only when you send the email.

Your rights

Where the legal conditions are met, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

If processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work, or the Bavarian Data Protection Authority.
